Dead on Arrival (DOA) Guarantee & Requirements:
We guarantee live arrival on all shipped fish. If you receive a fish that is dead on arrival, please follow these steps:
- Contact usΒ within 2 hours of delivery time (based on the tracking timestamp).
- Provide a clear photo or video of the fish inside the unopened original shipping bag.
- We will issue store credit or a replacement fish (if available).
- Shipping fees, upgrade services, and heat/ice packs are non-refundable.
- DOA claims are not valid if:
