Fishes Questions:

  • How old is your fishes?

    • We import fishes when they reach maturity which is about 3-4 month old. After quarantine and shipping to you, they're around 4-5 month old.
  • What food do you give your fishes?

    • Live Fishes benefit from wide range of diet, we have over 20+ different type of food from Live to Frozen and Dried, Pellet Foods to use. For typical customer I would suggest to have pellet and frozen bloodworm.
  • Does your tank have Snail or Duckweed?

    • Yes we have snails and duckweed in our tanks, they're very beneficial to a healthy aquarium. 
  • What parameter you keep your fishes/shrimps?

    • We don't use any chemical to alternate our water. We use tap water directly after treating with Scheme Prime and aquarium salt. For new tank we also use Stability And Stress Guard to help acclimate.
  • Can I choose sex for baby fishes?
    • For baby fishes we can guessing sex base on some early sign but the method isn't always accurate. If you wish you can put in a note so we will try but not guarantee.
  • Do you know what is that fish temperament?
    • Each fishes temperament, behavior is slightly different from another, and different in each environment or toward different species. So no we don't want to guess what would the fish behave, I think its will be the fun/surprising part of fish keeping to figure that out.
  • My Fishes looks different from photos/videos
    • Fishes usually lost colors during shipment because of stress. Also some fishes does change colors, especially betta with marble gene. If you suspuect your fishes are different than one in photo and we might be sending wrong fish (its totally possible), please send us clear photo of the fish and we will offer refund.

General Questions:

  1. When do you ship?

    • We try to ship fishes as soon as we can, usually on Monday - Tuesday to ensure fishes arrive within the same week.
  2. My Fishes seems not doing well upon delivery, what can I do?

    • Take photo and inform us as soon as you can, we can help troubleshoot and guide you as our best knowledge. In some cases we're willing to refund on fish cost or send you replacement if the issue become major and hard to deal with.  
  3. Do you allow local pickup?

    • Yes, we welcome local customers to pickup at our garage fishroom by appointment. After placing order you can email us when do you want to pickup your order.
  4. How can I cancel an order?
    • If your order hasn't shipped, you can request cancel your order by sending us email. Livestock order cancellation will be charged 30% fee for restocking and handling if cancellation after 12 hours. Please consider before order.
  5. When Do I need Heat Pack:
    • If your low of the week is under 45F, please add heat pack. If your low is under 25F or your high is over 100F please choose UPS Next Day service.

Business Question:

  1. Do you have physical store?

    • Not  at this time, but we're hoping to open one in near future to share our love in the hobby with others soon.
  2. Can I visit your shop?

    • Yes, by appointment only. Please contact us via email or social media for appointment.
  3. Do you offer shipping to Hawaii, Guam?

    • Yes we can ship but you need to obtain permit in order to receive the delivery. Please email us your permit in advance before shipping day.
