🛡️ Live Arrival Guarantee
We guarantee all fish will arrive alive and healthy.
If a DOA (Dead on Arrival) occurs, we will refund the fish cost or send a replacement.
📸 How to File a DOA Claim
To qualify for the Live Arrival Guarantee:

Inspect your fish immediately upon delivery

Provide clear photos of the fish inside their original, unopened bags
- Provide clear photos of packagings delivered

Submit your claim the same day the package is delivered via email support@justfishything.com.
Claims without photos of the sealed bags cannot be accepted. Claims submitted via social media messaging are not valid.
⚠️ When the Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG) Does Not Apply
⏳ 1. Post Office / Shipping Carrier Delays

It's unfortunate but delay do happens and this could impact the health of our fishes. However we're not held responsible.

Our Shipping Labels come with standard insurance of $100. Please ask us if you want to proceed claim. Claim is not guaranteed success due to multiple factors. If a claim is success we will process refund for you.

If you need to change shipping date due to unsafe weather, please send us email.
📦 2. Missed First Delivery Attempt

You must monitor your tracking information

If the carrier fails to deliver on the first attempt, LAG becomes void
🌡️ 3. Package Left Outdoors in Extreme Weather
LAG is void if your package is left outside for more than 2 hours when:

Temps are below 45°F, or
-
Temps are above 95°F
Bring packages indoors promptly to avoid temperature stress.
💳 Refund Policy
All refunds will be issued as store credit and are non-refundable to the original payment method.

Add Shipping Protection at checkout for full coverage—no matter the cause.
This includes delays, weather issues, theft, or misdelivery.

Shipping Protection does not cover:

Fish delivered alive and later mishandled by the customer

Incorrect address provided at checkout
- Insurance Cost is fulfilled once your order is placed and will not be refundable
📦 Shipping & Customer Responsibilities
We pack and ship all fish with great care.
To ensure the safest arrival:

Bring packages indoors immediately

Check your area weather before order, if it is too cold or too hot please wait until condition is better.

Avoid leaving shipments outside in extreme temperatures.

Contact your Post Office for same-day pickup when possible
We ship on Mondays with 72-hour heat packs.
If your delivery runs late in the week, the heat pack may be depleted — please pick up promptly.
