Order Processing Time:

24 Hour: We need at least 24 hours to process an order, prior to shipping we need to quarantine fishes for at least a day and no feeding during this period. This help to ensure minimum fish waste during shipping


Shipping Method:

Shipping via USPS Priority for $15.99 Flat rate, ship on Monday or Tuesday. Guarantee Live Arrival only affect within 3 days from shipping date.
Shipping via UPS 2nd Date is $25.99 and Overnight is $50.99 Flat rate. Shipping from Monday to Wednesday. 

Shipping Time:

We only ship fish on Monday and Tuesday to make sure fish arriving in shortest shipping time possible and no weekend layover.

USPS Priority orders placed after  Monday 4PM PST will be shipped on following Monday.

UPS 2nd Day and Overnight placed after Tuesday 4PM PST will be shipped on following Monday.

Usually package will be delivered to you on Wednesday or Thursday. Be expected to receive your fishes, check your tracking number and get notify via email or text message so you don't miss a delivery. Have your tank ready and acclimate them properly. Fishes are known to fade colors when stress due to shipping, give them a day to rest in heated cycled tank and they will get better very soon. 

 Cancel Order:

It takes a lot of time and effort to prepare fishes prior shipping, therefor we enforce strict Cancellation Policy for Live Stock to compensate for our effort. Cancel order after 12 hours for livestocks will be charge 30% restock fee. Please consider before placing order.

We won't be able to hold fishes, except only when weather are not safe to ship fishes safely. 

Carrier Delay Delivery:

Yes, delay happens. We won't be held responsible for carrier delay. Please don't email us about carrier delay, there is nothing we can do once we drop off the package. Consider request pickup your package at post office when delay happens to ensure getting to the package earliest and safe transport. 
If weather is within ideal range, our fishes can survive up to a week in shipping.

Intercept Package - Request Hold for Pickup - Change Delivery Address

We are not responsible to make such request. Please sign in to Postal Service website or call them to arrange/request how the package should be delivered. If there is special instruction needed, please work with Postal Service directly.
