About These Bettas

• Tail types: Mix of Halfmoon and Crowntail
• Colors: Mix of purples, pinks, and pastel variations
• Sex: Unsexed juveniles (typically 60–70% female at this age)
• Age: Young grow-outs — final color & finnage develops with age

Care Requirements

• Tank size: Grow-out tank 10+ gallons for groups; sponge filter recommended
• Temperature: 78–82°F (26–28°C) — babies grow faster in warmer water
• pH: 6.5–7.5
• Diet: Crushed pellets, baby brine shrimp, microworms, frozen bloodworms
• Separation: Watch for aggression as they mature — separate males as soon as fins develop

Important: Sorority & Group Notes

Sororities are not guaranteed peaceful — always have backup tanks ready in case individuals need to be separated. Crowntails and halfmoons may grow at different rates.
