When Live Arrival Guarantee does not apply

  1. Carrier delays
  • The guarantee covers the first 3 days after the carrier scans your package into their system; later carrier delays are not covered.
  • Optional Shipping Protection at checkout covers carrier delays, loss, theft, and misdelivery in full.

  1. Missed first delivery attempt
  • Monitor tracking on delivery day.
  • A missed first delivery attempt can void Live Arrival Guarantee coverage.

Coverage may be void if a package is left outdoors for more than 2 hours when:

  • Temperatures are below 45°F.
  • Temperatures are above 95°F.
