    Wholesale start at 10 up to 50 fishes. Contact me for better discount if you want to buy more!

    Shipping: Fishes will be shipped directly from farm and get deliver within 2 weeks once order is placed. We will send out email to notify about shipping and tracking info. We have to use overnight shipping, which is flat rate at $60.

    DOA: Please contact us with clear pictures of fishes in the bag within 2 hours of delivery to get full refund on DOA fish. Sometimes we may ship extra cover if DOA. Shipping fee is non-refundable.

    After 24 hours, we will not able to cancel your order.

    • USPS Priority and Fedex Overnight: Live fish are shipped on Monday–Tuesday only.

    💰 Refund & DOA Policy

    • DOA (Dead on Arrival):
      We offer a full refund (fish cost only) or replacement.

      To qualify, please send:
    • 2 clear photos of the fish/shrimp inside the sealed bag, and 1 clear photo outside the bag within 2 hours of delivery
    • Carrier Delays:
      If total transit time exceeds 3 days, the DOA guarantee is void.

    🐠 Acclimation Guide

    • Temperature Match:
      Make sure the bag water is close to your tank temperature.
    • Float the Bag:
      Place the sealed bag in your tank for 15–20 minutes.
    • Water Mixing:
      Gradually add small amounts of tank water into the bag over 15–20 minutes.
    • Release:
      Gently net the fish into the tank.
      ❗ Do not pour bag water into your tank to avoid contamination.
