- We will issue store credit or a replacement fish (if available).
- Shipping fees, upgrade services, and heat/ice packs are non-refundable.

💡 Tip: Mollies enjoy a bit of aquarium salt and clean, well-filtered water.

We offer a full refund (fish cost only) or replacement.
To qualify, please send: - 2 clear photos of the fish/shrimp inside the sealed bag, and 1 clear photo outside the bag within 2 hours of delivery
- Carrier Delays:
If total transit time exceeds 3 days, the DOA guarantee is void.

🐠 Acclimation Guide
- Temperature Match:
Make sure the bag water is close to your tank temperature. - Float the Bag:
Place the sealed bag in your tank for 15–20 minutes. - Water Mixing:
Gradually add small amounts of tank water into the bag over 15–20 minutes. - Release:
Gently net the fish into the tank.
❗ Do not pour bag water into your tank to avoid contamination.
