By purchasing live animals from us, you acknowledge and agree to:

- Have your aquarium properly cycled, heated, and ready to receive livestock before your order ships
- Monitor tracking information and be available to receive and unpack your order promptly upon delivery
- Follow all packaging inspection and claim procedures described in our Refund Policy in order to be eligible for any replacement or store credit
- Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding the possession, care, and transport of live aquatic animals

We are not responsible for losses resulting from a buyer's failure to prepare adequately for livestock arrival, or from carrier delays or other circumstances outside our control once a package has been scanned in by the carrier, except as otherwise expressly provided in our Refund Policy or covered by optional Shipping Protection purchased at checkout.
