Dead on Arrival (DOA) Guarantee & Requirements:
We guarantee live arrival on all shipped fish. If you receive a fish that is dead on arrival, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us within 2 hours of delivery time (based on the tracking timestamp).
2. Provide a clear photo or video of the fish inside the unopened original shipping bag.
3. We will issue store credit or a replacement fish (if available).
4. Shipping fees, upgrade services, and heat/ice packs are non-refundable.
5. DOA claims are not valid if:

• The package was left outside, refused, or not picked up

• The bag was opened before proof was sent

• The wrong address was provided

We ship responsibly, but once in transit, we cannot control carrier delays, weather, or mishandling. However, we will do our best to make it right.

• Tank Size: Minimum 5–10 gallons (larger for breeding).

• Water Temp: 74–82°F (23–28°C).

• pH: 6.8–7.8, clean & stable water.

• Diet: High-quality flakes, micro-pellets, baby brine shrimp, daphnia, bloodworms (variety = best color & health).

• Filtration: Gentle flow with regular water changes (25–40% weekly).

• Lighting: Moderate; plants help reduce stress.

• Tank Mates: Peaceful community fish, avoid fin-nippers.

• Breeding Tip: Keep 1 male : 2–3 females, add hiding spots or floating plants for fry.
