💰 Refund & DOA Policy

• DOA (Dead on Arrival):
  We offer a full refund (fish cost only) or replacement.
  
  To qualify, please send:
• 2 clear photos of the fish/shrimp inside the sealed bag, and 1 clear photo outside the bag within 2 hours of delivery
  
• Carrier Delays:
  If total transit time exceeds 3 days, the DOA guarantee is void.

🐠 Acclimation Guide

• Temperature Match:
  Make sure the bag water is close to your tank temperature.
  
• Float the Bag:
  Place the sealed bag in your tank for 15–20 minutes.
  
• Water Mixing:
  Gradually add small amounts of tank water into the bag over 15–20 minutes.
  
• Release:
  Gently net the fish into the tank.
  ❗ Do not pour bag water into your tank to avoid contamination.
