- Tank Size: 10 gallons minimum for a group of 6-8 fish.

- Soft water preferred (1-5 dKH).
- Filtration: Gentle, like a sponge filter. Avoid strong currents.
- Aquascaping: Plant-heavy with driftwood and rocks for hiding.
- Lighting: Moderate to low to reduce stress.
- Diet: Omnivorous, feeding on micro-pellets, flakes, and live food like brine shrimp and daphnia. Small meals twice daily.
- Behavior: Peaceful, schooling fish. Ideal tank mates include small species like Chili Rasboras and shrimp.
- Breeding: They scatter eggs in plants. Remove adults after spawning to protect eggs.
- Lifespan: 3-5 years with good care.

🐠 Acclimation Guide
- Temperature Match:
Make sure the bag water is close to your tank temperature. - Float the Bag:
Place the sealed bag in your tank for 15–20 minutes. - Water Mixing:
Gradually add small amounts of tank water into the bag over 15–20 minutes. - Release:
Gently net the fish into the tank.
