Fired Yellow Neocaridina Shrimp (Neocaridina davidi "Fire Yellow") deliver intense, opaque yellow coloration that pops against green plants and dark substrate. As a Neocaridina variant, they're hardy, prolific breeders, and one of the easiest freshwater shrimp to keep — perfect for beginners and experienced aquarists alike. They thrive in planted community tanks and breed readily under stable conditions.

- Tank size: 5 gallons minimum; group of 10+ recommended for a stable colony
- Water parameters: Temp 65–78°F, pH 6.8–7.5, GH 6–8, KH 2–6
- Diet: Omnivore — biofilm, soft algae, blanched vegetables (spinach, zucchini), and quality shrimp pellets. Avoid copper-based foods and medications
- Tankmates: Peaceful nano fish (chili rasboras, ember tetras, endlers, otocinclus) or shrimp-only tanks. Avoid bettas, angelfish, gouramis, and any predatory species

🐠 Acclimation Guide
- Temperature Match:
Make sure the bag water is close to your tank temperature. - Float the Bag:
Place the sealed bag in your tank for 15–20 minutes. - Water Mixing:
Gradually add small amounts of tank water into the bag over 15–20 minutes. - Release:
Gently net the fish into the tank.
